ANDVPN Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using ANDVPN (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To protect the Service and comply with legal obligations, we may log and analyze limited operational data such as connection timestamps, bandwidth usage, and suspicious traffic patterns. We do not inspect the content of encrypted traffic.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove content if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law. We may do so without prior notice and without refund where allowed by law.

6. DMCA & Legal Requests

We respond to valid DMCA notices and other lawful requests. If we receive credible abuse reports tied to your account, we may take action, including suspension or termination.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any actions taken through your account or devices. You agree to indemnify ANDVPN against claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
